About Me
My goal is to help people lead more fulfilling lives.
I have developed my practice around the therapeutic philosophy that healthy interactions are the product of separating (differentiating) from one's family of origin while, at the same time, when appropriate, maintaining a closeness to this important family structure. I facilitate this process by helping my patients explore and understand their family of origin issues and personal inner dynamics to know the ‘self’ - a prequel to constructing a satisfying and valuable connection with others.
